Luxury Lakeview Airbnb Remodel – West Austin

This lake-adjacent home in West Austin was transformed into a high-end Airbnb for 14 guests. Working closely with the clients, we redesigned it down to the studs and reconfigured the layout for better flow, functionality, and guest comfort.

The design features open-concept living, tall ceilings, varied bedroom/bathroom sizes, and an upstairs game room. A seamless indoor-outdoor connection enhances the home’s entertainment appeal. Collaborating with structural engineers, I optimized window placements, door sizes, and roof pitches, creating a spacious, inviting retreat perfect for group stays.
